TIME MANAGEMENT AND ORGANIZATION SKILLS

  What is time?What I really understand about T I M E?To me time is the most important thing in your life because it is something that we can’t turn back.Once it’s gone,it will forever be gone and there’s nothing we can change about it.Whether you like it or not,you still need to go in with your life and never waste your time (if you ever did waste a lot of time before).Yesterday was the last class for UED102 for interim *sobs*.Madam Nursyahida Zulkifli has taught us Module 4 which is Time Management and Organization Skills.

   Now that you are a uni student you must manage your time wisely.There are 5 strategies of study system that we all need to do ;

1. Weekly schedule 
2. Semester calendar 
3. Daily pioneer 
4. Academic vs personal life
5. Avoid procrastination

    The last strategy is VERY important.Procastination is a physical behavior that allows a person to postpone or delay a certain activity or task.If you are having trouble with this,you should go back to your goal.Why did you decide to pursue your studies over here if you don’t dream to succeed in your academics?Whenever your lecturer gives you assignment,make sure to alert with the deadline.This is to make sure you will finish it on time and the quality of your work will be 💯 as well.Self-rewards after you have done your work perfectly.By doing this you will feel proud of yourself and will always look up for other group works/assignment in order to achieve good grades.

   You might not know the advantages of being organized.Firstly,you can reduce stress.Did you realize when you decide to do your work at the 11 hour,it will make yourself stress out and you can’t finish your task with a good quality.Secondly,it can build your confidence.This is because if you are the organized time of person,you will already know what-to-do and what-not-to-do without the need to ask your friends what do you have to do next.Last but not least,you will always complete your task on time.Once you have your daily planner,you can always refer to it and the most important thing first and only then you will proceed with your not so important task.
